Health Safety/Security/Environment
The objective of the company and its directors is to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, free of incident and or accidents. This objective can only be achieved by close co-operation and consultation between management, employees, contractors, the client and others. The company’s commitment to this is outlined in its broad HSE Policy outlined below.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy
The basis for admitting any personnel to work on our site is that they must be medically certified for handling operations. Hard drugs, alcohol and smoking are not allowed on our sites. All forms of self-medications ar discouraged and disallowed. Any ailment emanating from work should be reported immediately and appropriate medical treatment administered.

Security
The health and safety at work act of 1997 applicable in Nigeria shall be compulsory enforced and mandatorily adhered to all employee and associates of JODAM Premium Electrical and Construction Nigeria Limited at work site and during transit. Safety policies will be forced by Safety Officers/Engineers along with full involvement of sectional Heads and Management. In other to ensure adequate security of staff, equipment and materials, it is the practice of our company to deploy and maintain professionally trained security guards at our workshops, work sites and administrative office areas.

Environment
JPEC has a burning passion for mitigating environmental impacts resulting from operational activities on the immediate and extended environment (Host and Neighboring Communities).
